We're Hiring: Contract IBCLC – Home Visits (Denver Metro Area)

Are you a passionate, skilled IBCLC looking for flexible, meaningful work in a supportive, client-centered practice? We're growing and seeking an experienced International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to join our private practice as an independent contractor, providing in-home lactation care throughout the Denver metro area.

About the Role
As a contract IBCLC, you'll support families in their homes with evidence-based, compassionate lactation care. You’ll manage your own schedule, allowing for flexibility and autonomy, while receiving administrative and clinical support from our established practice.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home lactation consultations (initial and follow-up)

• Offer education and clinical support on breastfeeding/chestfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, weaning, and more

• Complete documentation and client follow-up in a timely, HIPAA-compliant manner

• Collaborate with pediatricians, midwives, and other care providers as needed

• Uphold inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care practices

Ideal Candidate:

• Current IBCLC certification and in good standing

• Strong clinical skills and interpersonal communication

• Comfortable traveling to clients’ homes across the Denver metro area

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience with diverse feeding goals and family structures a plus
